The steel mesh of the wall installation Klæde hugs the lift tower of the central courtyard of the campus of University College Lillebælt like a large piece of fabric. The material used is typical construction material and not foreign to the building. What distinguishes the artwork from the architectural elements is its unusual behaviour, the way the material meets the boundaries of the architectural space and thus finds its form.
